Built for businesses where the phone is the order book.

AlloPlace works for any business that books by phone. We built it first for the ones where a missed call hurts most: the owner is usually out doing the work, and a call is usually a job.

Home services

You're on a job most of the day, and emergencies don't wait for you to climb down a ladder. AlloPlace books the routine work and puts the urgent calls through to whoever's on call. Home services overview

Automotive

The service desk is juggling the counter, the bays and the phone. AlloPlace takes the booking calls, including the twice-a-year tire rush. Auto repair overview

Property and real estate

Tenants, guests and buyers call at all hours. AlloPlace sorts the urgent from the routine and books the viewings. Property management overview

Personal services

Your hands are busy with a client, and the phone keeps ringing at the front. AlloPlace answers, books into Google Calendar, and takes messages when it can't.

Professional and local services

Small offices and one-person businesses that can't have someone on the phone all day.

Something else?

If people call you to book, AlloPlace can probably help. Make a free test call with your own business details and hear for yourself. Or see what businesses use it for.

Not yet: clinics, law offices and restaurants

Clinics and dental offices. Health information comes with rules we're not set up for yet, and most clinics book in practice software we don't connect to.

Law firms and notaries. Client confidentiality and conflict checks need more than we offer today, and most firms run Outlook calendars.

Restaurants. Reservations usually live in tools like OpenTable or Resy, which we don't connect to.

We'll say so here when that changes. TBD: revisit once the work in Compliance and Risks is done and calendar integrations exist.
